My name is Daniela and I've lost over 130 lbs through proper nutrition and exercise.
I started my journey to health in 2015, after losing my amazing grandfather due to health complications caused by Diabetes. I was so scared to be headed down the same path at my age of 31 weighing well over 275lbs.
I joined a gym and hired a trainer, through trial and error by mid 2018 I had lost about 10-15 lbs.
In May of 2018, I was introduced to my trainer Luke Rangel at AnatoME Fitness and they've changed life...
I started training with Luke 3 times a week, and later that same year, I started doing their 5am bootcamps. I fell in love with the fitness part of this journey, trying to never miss a workout. From Jan-Nov of 2019 I was down another 15 lbs, which is great, but not when I still had so much weight to lose...
That's when it switched for me, I started doing nutrition coaching with Luke, and in 2020 (through gym shutdowns, the pandemic, and everything else going on in the world) I lost 70lbs!!
How? I fixed my nutrition, that was the missing piece. I knew I couldn't give up my favorite foods, I knew I had to figure out how to incorporate healthy eating into my new life. The only way it would be sustainable, would be for me to find a way to make healthy eating enjoyable...
